About CENTER EAST:

It is a project name by which I, Nakahigashi Yuko, have begun my activity with a theme "Clothes". Since 2001 I have been working with themes such as "What is clothes?" and "What is a fashion?", outside of the limitation of Daily Wears. At present I am collaborating with artist-creators to find new ways to Clothes.

A Costume Collaborator tries to examine the way in which the new "Clothes" are being thought of, by investigating the functions of "Clothes " in various contextual scenes.
The project name "costume collaborater" has been bestowed by NOBORU TSUBAKI, modern art critic.
